Exploring notions of the self, the works looks at the idea of performance in the real world. Growing up following universally acceptable etiquette as norm, we are disillusioned by what is done as a performance for others to appear ‘normal’ and what is ‘real’. More so, the work goes further to question whether this act we all put on exists only for others, or has it subconsciously seeped into our own beings, dictating our lives, regardless of our surroundings.
